Most Insurance companies stipulate that your courtesy vehicle must be a class "A" Hatchback; this vehicle is an ideal solution to your mobility needs, keeping you on the road whilst we repair your vehicle to the highest standards. We can provide you with a quality class "A" hatchback from our own large fleet of courtesy cars. * Due to the complexity of preparing and submitting insurance estimates, it has been necessary for us to introduce a charge of £15 (inc vat) for each estimate we provide.

We will compile a fully itemised and priced estimate, providing you with an all-inclusive cost for the necessary repairs. We will also provide you with a printed copy for you to take away.

The £15 charge will be fully refunded If we subsequently go on to carry out the repairs detailed within the estimate.
